Tao Siliang Tao Siliang, female, Han nationality, born in Yan’an, Shanxi Province, a native of Qiyang city, Hunan Province, a college graduate, joined the CPC in 1965 and started working in 1967. She studied in No.2 Military Medical University, PLA from 1961 to 1967; worked as a doctor in No.7 Hospital, No.26 Hospital of PLA and General Hospital of Air Force successively from 1968 to 1987; worked as Vice Director of the No.6 Bureau of the United Front Work Department of the CPC Central Committee from 1987 to 1991; worked as Deputy Secretary-General and Secretary-General of CAM and Vice President and President of Chinese Medical Foundation from 1991 to 2001. She started working as Vice President and Secretary-General of CAM and Vice Chairman of Chinese Medical Foundation since 2001.
